eek! you're so right. If I see one in my bedroom or something and then go grab something to kill it with.... come back... and it's GONE! Oooohhh....... heeby jeebies. I swear I'm up all night if I can't find the sucker.
One time we saw a spider go into the couch cushion and we freaked and lifted up the cushion and never saw it again. All night we thought the spider had crawled out and was on one of us. Ugh!
